This is a hand cast, hand painted figurine of Justice David H. Souter made to match the classic collectible Marx Toy Company figures of the 1950s and 60s. It is 60mm tall (about 2 3/4 inches), weighs about an ounce, is cast from a resin plastic, and is painted with enamel paint. It has the last name of the Justice on the front of the base in raised letters. One photo shows the figurine next to a playing card-size trading card of the justice (also included). Another shows the photo next to a figurine in the Marx tradition of the president who appointed him. Each figurine is individually and sequentially numbered.
